Our exhibition takes place across our two sports halls. Upon arrival, please go straight to the Exhibitor Reception in the Sports Hall Foyer to sign in - staff will be on hand to escort you to your stand. Scroll down to see important information for Exhibitors and who will be attending this year:

Registration

Upon arrival, please make your way to the Exhibitor Registration desk in the Sports Hall foyer. Staff will be available to direct you. There will be a trolley available to move heavy boxes from car boots into the halls, however if you have your own trolley that will speed up your unloading. 

Exhibition Stand Set Up and Pack-down

The Exhibition halls will be open for setting up from 08.00; the exhibition will open to students at 09.30.  Please ensure that your stand remains in place until 15.30 to allow everyone access to the full exhibition, pack-down is between 15.30-16.00. There will be 300-400 students visiting the exhibition halls in every time slot and it will also remain open during lunchtime in case any students want to come back and speak in more depth to exhibitors. SEN students will be visiting at that time too.  

WiFi

There will be free WiFi available across the site, the access code will be given to you on the day.

Materials being delivered / collected for Moving On Day

There were many boxes of prospectuses left behind last year so our grounds team has asked us to minimise this as much as possible. If you would like to send prospectuses, we suggest one or two boxes only or to use a QR code where possible.

Please ensure that any boxes or resources that you are having delivered to the college are clearly labelled with the name of your organisation and “Moving On Day”. Please arrange for any delivered exhibition stands to be removed swiftly after 15.30. (Please contact us if you need any further information on this and to arrange delivery.)
